Privacy: We will not voluntarily share your contact information with anyone at any time for any reason.

Deposits: When you place a deposit you are reserving a photographer, and your scheduled photographer will be unavailable to shoot other people at that time. All deposits are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations: In the event that precipitation prevents your session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment, subject to our availability.

Copyright: We reserve all rights to photos we have taken. Upon payment in full, you may use the photographs, but you may not reproduce them without our prior written permission.
